Method

  1. 1Season the salmon with the Island Gurl Foods Seafood x A Spice Affair blend.
  2. 2Smoke the salmon at 250°F for 30 minutes on the Pit Boss tabletop pellet smoker.
  3. 3Flake the smoked salmon and mix it with cream cheese and a drizzle of Stinging Hotter Honey — Red Lava Edition.
  4. 4Spread the mixture generously over a toasted bagel.
  5. 5Top with fresh green onion and serve with a fresh cup of coffee.
