Method

  1. 1Coat the beef ribs with Bear & Burton's W Sauce as a binder for a rich umami kick.
  2. 2Season generously with Perpetual Beef dry rub.
  3. 3Smoke the ribs low and slow on the Pit Boss Tabletop 150PPS for 9 hours, until the bark is set and the meat is tender.
  4. 4Warm the Compliments maple-flavoured beans for the side.
  5. 5Plate the ribs with the beans and top with Tyler's Hot Stuff Hot Mix for a sweet, spicy crunch.
