Method

  1. 1Season the haddock fillets with Chili Maple Bacon dry rub.
  2. 2Smoke low and slow at 250°F until the fish is perfectly tender at 145°F internal.
  3. 3Flake the smoked haddock and mix it with Philadelphia cream cheese, fresh green onions, and Smoke & BBQ Gourmet Mustard to make a creamy, savoury spread.
  4. 4Toast the bagels, pile on the smoked haddock spread, and serve.
