Method

  1. 1Cross-hatch the top of the brie to let the smoke sink in.
  2. 2Smoke on a pellet smoker at 200°F for 45 minutes with hickory smoke.
  3. 3Finish with Holy Haskap Jelly and Stingin' Hot Honey, and serve as an appetizer.
