Method

  1. 1Make a rosemary butter and mix in the Uncle Hemi "Goochu Knees Weak" BBQ rub.
  2. 2Rub the rosemary butter mixture all over the chicken for maximum flavour.
  3. 3Sear the chicken skin-side down in The Rock pan on the cooktop to lock in moisture and build crispy, golden skin.
  4. 4Transfer the chicken to a 375°F oven and roast until it reaches 165°F internal.
  5. 5Rest briefly, then serve juicy, tender chicken packed with herby BBQ flavour.
