Method

  1. 1Coat the pork tenderloin generously with Jerry's Faves 'The Classic' BBQ dry rub.
  2. 2Set up a charcoal grill for two-zone cooking with Kingsford briquettes.
  3. 3Sear over direct heat, then finish over indirect heat for full control.
  4. 4Pull the pork at 145°F and rest until it climbs to about 152°F.
  5. 5Slice and serve.
