Scores use the official KCBS weighting — Appearance ×0.5600, Taste ×2.2972, Tenderness ×1.1428 — with the lowest score in each criterion dropped once you’ve entered five or more judges, just like a real table. A perfect meat is 180; a perfect four-meat sheet is 720. This is a coaching tool, not an official recount.
